I want to say a massive thank you for registering, I'm so excited to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Please take a moment to read through these next steps so that we can help you get started as soon as possible.  

  1. Your Membership
    Your login details will be on the way to your inbox in the next few minutes.  Please check your email and if you don't see an email with your login details, please check your junk/ or spam filter.  If you don't have your login details don't panic.  You can always reset your password using your email address.  Just hit lost password and follow the instrucitons.

  2. Your Plan
    Once you are logged into the membership website you will be able to access all of the information to help you get started. This will include, a link to access the Facebook support group, nutrition guide and exercise plan.  
  3. Getting Support
    Sometimes it can all seem a little overwhelming and confusing to start with so you may need a little help.  

    The best ways to get support for anything technical or related to your membership please contact support@tarahammett.com, or via Facebook messenger get in touch with Tara or Sacha.  

    If you have any questions about exercises, recipes, nutrition guides please post a comment in the Facebook support group as your question will more than likely help others too.
