Ingredients

  • 140g Tofu
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Slice Multiseed Toast
  • 6-8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • Salt & Pepper to season
  • Pinch of chilli flakes

Method:

Chop up the tofu and smash up in your hands or with a fork to scrambled consistency. Add to a hot pan with the turmeric, salt & pepper. Pop your bread in the toaster, mash your avocado with a fork. Spread the avocado over the toast, sprinkle the chilli flakes and top with the scrambled tofu. Serve with your tomatoes. This makes 1 serving.
