Ingredients

  • 150g flaked smoked mackerel
  • 1 diced apple
  • 1 diced celery
  • 6-8 cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 50g natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together. Split the mixture into 3 and top over wholegrain rice cakes or corn thins.
