Ingredients

  • 1 handful cooked pasta
  • 1/2 flaked salmon fillet
  • 2 large handfuls spinach & rocket 2 diced beetroot
  • 1/2 diced apple
  • Diced celery
  • 1 tbsp skyr 0% yoghurt
  • 1 tsp horseradish sauce
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill

Method:

Mix the horseradish, yoghurt & lemon. Add the pasta, apple & celery. Mix well. Use the spinach & rocket as a base, add the pasta mix and top with the flaked salmon & beetroot. Serves 1
