Ingredients

  • 1 whole meal tortilla wrap
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 1 small handful grated cheese
  • 5 slices pepperoni
  • 1 slice chopped ham
  • Diced pepper
  • 1 tspn Oregano
  • Salt & pepper

Method:

Cover the tortilla with the tomato purée, layer with all the ingredients. Add to the oven as approx 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Serves 1
