Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Scoop whey protein (I had chocolate flavour)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • FILLING
  • 0% fat natural skyr yogurt
  • Fresh fruit

Method:

Add a little oil to a hot pan. Blitz the pancake ingredients in a blender and pour into the hot pan. Cover the base of your pan and cook until you see little bubbles coming through. Once cooked on in side, flip over and cook the other side for approx 30-60 seconds. Once cooked, slide onto a plate, pile on your filling and enjoy
