• 150g King Prawns
  • 1/4-1/3 Avocado
  • 2 handfuls mixed butterhead salad
  • 2-3 sliced radish
  • 4-5 diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 diced pepper
  • Handful diced cucumber
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes


Cook your king prawns with the chilli & ginger until the turn from grey to pink all the way through. Assemble the remaining ingredients in a bowl, too with the prawns and eat immediately or allow the prawns to cool and enjoy another time.
