For The Wrap:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Milled Flaxseed

For the filling:

  • ½ Cooked Chicken Breast
  • Marmite
  • Salad (I used spinach)


Mix the wrap ingredients. Add to a hot pan with a little oil so it doesn’t stick and cook like a pancake on both sides. Once cooked remove from the pan to cool. Load with sliced chicken, marmite & spinach. Roll up and enjoy. Serves 1.

Serve with your fave salad.
