• 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Milled Flaxseed

For the filling:

  • 1 slice bacon medallion
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce


Mix the wrap ingredients. Add to a hot pan with a little oil so it doesn’t stick and cook like a pancake on both sides. Once cooked remove from the pan to cool. Next cook the bacon in the same pan. Once cooked add to the wrap with the tomato & lettuce. Roll up and enjoy immediately or pop in the fridge for another time. Serves 1.
