Ingredients

  • 150g Steak strips
  • 2-3 tbsp Sweetcorn
  • 2-3 tbsp rice with black beans
  • 1/4 Diced avocado
  • 6-7 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 handfuls spinach, rocket & watercress
  • Salt & pepper
  • Chilli flakes

Method:

Cook your beef to your taste with salt, pepper & sprinkle of chilli flakes. Assemble the remaining ingredients and once beef is cooked serve immediately or enjoy another time.
